NXRIP DIRECT PRINTER MODE RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT By enabling Direct Printer Mode, the person acting for Customer represents, acknowledges, and agrees that: the person has authority to bind Customer and is authorized and sufficiently trained to connect, configure, and operate Printer Systems used with Direct Printer Mode; Customer understands that Direct Printer Mode may frequently, repeatedly, continuously, automatically, or in the background transmit data and commands and read, write, modify, replace, reset, or otherwise interact with Printer Configuration; Customer remains responsible for compatibility, settings, backups, recovery capability, manufacturer safeguards, monitoring, safe shutdown, and stopping operation on any warning or anomaly; one acceptance covers ordinary and repeated Direct Printer Mode operations and is not tied to a particular printer, profile, firmware, controller board, channel mapping, job, or routine command; Direct Printer Mode is optional, Customer may use File Output Mode instead, and Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes the risks described in Section 10 of the EULA; and Customer accepts the release, warranty disclaimer, liability exclusions, Direct Printer Mode fallback cap, claim procedure, indemnity, arbitration provision, and all other applicable terms of the NXRIP EULA and Subscription Terms, Version 1.3. Electronic Acceptance By checking the required boxes and clicking "Accept Risk and Enable Direct Printer Mode," the person acting for Customer confirms the statements in this Acknowledgment and electronically accepts this Acknowledgment and the incorporated provisions of the NXRIP EULA and Subscription Terms, Version 1.3.
